This notice explains how Gro Kids Ltd ("GRO", "we") uses personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller.

What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the date and page you signed up on. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To email you about the GRO launch, early access and related news. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use Klaviyo to store our mailing list and send emails. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and may transfer it to the United States under appropriate safeguards. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until 24 months after launch if you haven't become a customer, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@gro-kids.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
